Return Information 

Kylisa Fashion are committed to customer satisfaction, and we hope you enjoy your purchase. We understand that it can be disappointing when things aren't quite right, if this is the case we are more than happy to help where we can to make your experience the best it can be. If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us via email.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Only regular priced items may be returned for a Store Credit valid for 12 months, unfortunately SALE items or purchases using a Discount Code cannot be returned, please choose carefully when purchasing these items. 

Any credit amount will be minus shipping costs. 

ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL.

PRE ORDERS - Choose carefully as they are final, and exchange may not be possible if the product has sold out. A 50% non-refundable fee applies to all pre orders. 

Our clutches and earrings that contain foil will crack and change over time. This is expected and is part of the beauty. Please keep this in mind when purchasing one of these products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you have used Afterpay and need to return the item to us for any reason, please continue to make your regular payments to Afterpay, and in the meantime we will attend to your return as outlined in this document. 

If a fault does not amount to major failure in the garment, we are entitled to elect between providing you with a repair, replacement or other remedy.

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who makes excessive returns.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time we deem fit.

Kylisa Fashion reserves the right to make the final decision in all Return cases.


To start a return, you can contact us at kylisafashion@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty or broken items will require photo evidence within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. This can be completed via email at kylisafashion@gmail.com We will then review and get back to you with an outcome as soon as possible.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Earrings & Accessories - Due to hygiene regulations, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect item choices.

Please note that all of our earring products are HAND MADE. This means there may be slight differences/ imperfections due to materials used. No two earrings will be the same and may differ from pictures seen online. This is the beauty of handmade, every piece is unique and different to the next.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased using a discount code. 

 

Exchanges

If you purchase an item of clothing and sizing is wrong or the product doesn’t fit quite right, we can issue a store credit once the item is received back. Store Credit is valid for 12 months. Kylisa Fashion must deem it is in its original state, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags & original packaging intact. Items must be received back within 14 days of purchase. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer direct exchanges, as we cannot always guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock, there for you will always be issued with a store credit valid for 12 months to use to repurchase a different size or style. 

Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer. We do not refund or add credit for cost of return postage.

Kylisa Fashion is not liable for the loss of garments being returned, and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number. 

 

Refunds

Please note we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. Please make sure you are happy with your selection before purchasing. If there are any issues or doubts, we do offer store credit for exchanges (please refer to Returns and Exchanges Policy above)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
