Postage Information
Kylisa Fashion aim to get your products posted to you as soon as we possibly can. Our packaging and processing time is currently 1-2 business days or if on a weekend, the next business day, on top of shipping. Should you choose express shipping this does not speed up the packaging and processing time of 1-2 business days, only the shipping process with Australia Post, please keep this in mind. We do everything possible to get your items to you as soon as possible - we know how exciting it is waiting for them to arrive!
Tracking notices will be sent via email or text.
Kylisa Fashion will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items once handed over to Australia Post.
Postage Costs
- Standard Shipping - $13.00
- Standard Shipping for orders $150 and over - Free (T&C’s apply)
- Express Shipping - $18.00
- Shipping costs for larger items/parcels are calculated at checkout.
Kylisa Fashion items are shipped via Australia Post from Queensland, Australia.
Click & Collect
If you wish to use our click & collect option for your parcel, simply select the pick-up option.
Please only select this option if you intend to collect from us locally. If you select this option but require postage, you will be charged a postage fee.
You will be advised by email or text the location and time your parcel is ready for collection. This is usually within 24-48hrs of your order being placed. Local business open days are Tuesday - Saturday. If you require same day collection please arrange this with us via phone or email.
